These Terms govern purchases from LUXE EDIT at luxeeditglobal.com. LUXE EDIT is an online retail store operated by One Piece Cake Shop LLC.

Orders and acceptance

Products are offered subject to availability. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refund an order when inventory is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected or product information contains a material error.

Products and authenticity

We sell physical designer handbags and related accessories represented as authentic. We do not knowingly offer counterfeit goods. Product photographs, dimensions and colours are provided as accurately as reasonably possible, but screen and lighting differences may affect appearance.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment must be authorised through an available payment method at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion or international transaction charges.

Shipping, customs and delivery

Orders are shipped using tracked delivery to supported destinations. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers or customs. Orders ship DDU unless expressly stated otherwise. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns and refunds

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Items must remain unused with tags, protective materials, accessories and original packaging intact. Non-quality return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, subject to the Returns Policy.

Fraud and payment disputes

We may request additional information to verify an order. Customers should contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can review delivery, return or product concerns promptly.

Intellectual property

The LUXE EDIT website content and branding may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, LUXE EDIT is not responsible for indirect losses or delays outside our reasonable control.
